By accessing or using QNOCKOUT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
QNOCKOUT is a quiz game that lets users:
- Generate quizzes on any topic
- Challenge other users to quiz matches
- Compete on global and per-quiz leaderboards
- Earn achievements and track statistics
User Accounts and Conduct
To use QNOCKOUT, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Choose an appropriate username
- Keep your account secure
- Not share your account with others
Prohibited conduct includes: cheating, harassment, creating inappropriate content, attempting to hack or exploit the service, or violating any applicable laws.
User-Generated Content
When you create quiz content, you retain ownership but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content:
- Does not infringe on others' rights
- Is not offensive, inappropriate, or harmful
- Complies with all applicable laws
- Does not contain false or misleading information
Intellectual Property
QNOCKOUT and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and Limitations
QNOCKOUT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of generated quiz content
- Availability of specific features or content
- Compatibility with all devices
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland.
